I've been poking around on pinterest and etsy I've found a ton of super cute friendship bracelets. Do you remember making them as a kid? I know I do. I had a stock pile of them. Merry May Shoppe LaunchI'm so excited for this little shoppe to take it's maiden voyage. I love the idea of a modile shop and in this cute little trailer (a 1961 Shasta Airflyte to be exact) how can you not love it's charm! If you're in Phoenix you should find it. I know I'm going too!

round up: halloween head wear.

I used to dress up every year for Halloween. It was always a big deal for me. I don't like scary things but I liked the idea of getting dressed up in a costume and for Halloween I could do it without getting strange looks. I think my favorite costume to date was when I was Zero the ghost dog from the Nightmare Before Christmas. Now that I have kids its more about them then me of course. I don't get dressed up any more but I like to sport some Halloween garb, head wear is a great way to add a little spice to Trick or Treating.

Lately, for whatever reason, I've had the uncontrollable desire to draw. The biggest problem I'm facing is that I'm horrible at it. I was actually improving quite a bit while I was taking a drawing class for school but it's been a little while and I'm rusty. One thing I've always struggled with is drawing people.

There are so many artists on Etsy that I'm truly inspired by. I'm hoping with a lot of practice and some imagination I can somehow get even a little bit close to their abilities.

round up: favorite fall decor

As you might already know, I love fall. I think one of the reasons I love it so much it that it’s a great excuse for folk art. Something draws me to primitive folk art for some reason. It’s simple, rustic, and unique I think that might be why. My husband would make out apartment a haunted house if he could, but I would make it a folk art haven!

DIY Round Up: Hello Baby!

With having a three year old and a new baby there isn’t really much time in my life to craft. That makes me kind of sad because I really do love to make new things. I love searching around and finding tutorials I’d love to try, they tend to just stack up in my favorites tab and I never actually get to work on them.

I’m going to try and live vicariously through you! I created a list of some of the tutorials I’m dying to try but just don’t have the time right now. If you do make any of these lovelies I definitely want to know what it!

{The Doe or the Deer} Okay, so this one really isn’t really for “baby” but I think it would be a super cute nursery décor idea!
