**Note: I don't really blame my kids for my weight gain. I blame the Large Fraps and boxes of ice cream I ate while I was pregnant. Oops.

ReplyDeleteIf you want to drop quickly, low-carb is the way to go. You can probably drop 10lbs worth of water weight in just the first week. I did when I first started!
That's awesome! I don't think I could go without my card fix. Almost every meal we ate had cards of some kind. It's a work in progress. I'm still trying to figure out what to make to eat. lol. :)

ReplyDeleteRiding a bike has totally changed my life and i think when i started riding i lost about 8 lbs. Plus we eat tones of veggies and only eat meat a couple times a week. I cant think of any recipes at the moment but i am more then happy to email you some!

Doing a vlog for me is way easier than a blog post. It takes a lot for me to sit down and type out an entire post. I feel much more comfortable talking out my thoughts. It does help that I was a Theater major in college ;) if I lived closer I would totally be your vlog partner in crime lol.
DeleteI would love to take up biking. I currently don't own a bike but would like to get one and one of those pull things for the girls. I've only been bike riding once in my life but I really liked it. well, that was until a bee flew in my face and I fell down a hill lol. Oh well, I survived.
