10 in 4 weigh in: number one.

Starting: 161 lbs
Week One: 157 lbs
Lost: 4 lbs

Things are going really well. I'm not sure I believe the scale. It was way to hot on Monday to do anything so I ended up running up and down the stairs to try and work out. The girls thought it was hilarious and I felt the burn. I'm still looking for food ideas. I'm not very creative when it comes to cooking. I'm open for suggestions :)

    I wanted to thank you for standing up for me on twitter - I really appreciate that! I have been attacked by this group of stitchers on twitter yesterday, been called names and accused of doing something I didn't! I don't copy others, would never do so without linking back to them!
    Anyway, I just felt I needed to say THANK YOU! She could have handled it in a more private manner!

    1. We gotta stick together ;) I don't think there was any reason for that situation to be handled the way it was yesterday. I can understand why she was upset at first, but I really believe it was a big misunderstand that got blown out of the water. I really felt the need to say something. I hate seeing a person with such a good heart get there name smeared like that. I hope it all blows over soon!

  2. Congrats! So happy for you! I just re-started Weight Watchers and am hopeful to lose some of the last few pounds.

    1. Its so hard to lose those last few pounds its like your body is teasing you. I don't see why you feel like you need to lose any weight. You looked great in your last outfit post! Everyone is different though.
